What you say:
Simple - They do NOT offer support. You can't talk to a person - trust me.. you'll need to at some point. Don't fall for the cheap price like I did.. in the long run - You'll lose by going with them

Well it's 3am and our VPS is crashed. I can guarantee it won't be back within 48 hours. We had previously had a high-end VPS with their service but it crashed (hard crash - brought down the host server, xenpanel was useless) because apparently there is no memory protection in Xen or something - well they suggested we reduce memory use: right. No way to contact them, no oncall management, overpriced for what you're getting. Go with somebody with actual support. They also didn't resolve our billing corcrectly when we cancelled our extra VPS with them and charged us a month or two after we cancelled. Great service!

Its the cheapest and the worstest.

I have been trying unsuccessfully to get the "support staff" at VPSland to reboot my server. Since they deactivate the Xen panel (apparently there is a security flaw in the software) I have no way of doing this myself. It was been over 48 hours and despite numerous emails, which are now being ignored, the problem has still not been resolved. Previously I have also experienced DNS issues with them which they continue to deny, despite simple NSLOOKUP tests showing the issue. Stay away from this crowd!

WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

vpsland took my money and then accused me of being a fraud without refunding my money. They claimed my phone number was invalid. Well my number is 571-269-9910. Feel free to call me. vpsland didn't bother. They just arbitrarily claimed I was scamming then and then failed to deliver on the service while keeping my money. I wonder who the fraudulent company is here...

The positive comments on this board are ALL from VPSland employees doing damage control. Try to call them. Beware of any hosting company that does not have a phone number. Many are doing business out of their home or very small office with no one managing the network.
The better companies will have a phone number and live person so that you trouble shoot problems. They have huge data centers with around the clock monitoring.

Vpsland is the worst hosting company by far. I used 5 in the last 10 years. The are always down and oversell their bandwidth. You will NEVER be able to talk to a live person.
Please do a search on VPSLAND complaints and VPSland sucks..........you'll see.
These guys are joke. The neighbors 13 year old can manage a more reliable server from his room.

VPSland has good prices, and is fairly reliable. The frustration came in for me when I pointed out and verified the issues with their DNS servers and requested that they take a look at them. After a few weeks of waiting for them to even admit the problem (sounds like they still haven't) I had migrated my sites elsewhere. Not bad for the price, but their DNS issues were the last straw there.
